ગુજરાતી સમાજ સ્ટુટગાર્ટ નવરાત્રિ — ૨૦૨૩

ઢેં…. ટેણે… ટેણે… નેણેં….. લ્યો ત્યારે નવરાત્રિ આવી ગઈ છે અને આપડે એક નહીં, બે નહીં પણ પુરા પાંચ દિવસ મનાવવાની છે. (નવે-નવ દિવસનાં નોરતાં પણ થાય એવાં દિવસો હવે દૂર નથી હો!)

તો ચાલો રાહ શેની જોવાની તા. ૧૪-૧૫ તથા ૨૧,૨૨ ઓક્ટોબર ૨૦૨૩નાં રોજ સ્વયંભોજન (પોટલક) સાથે-મળીને લેશું. તા. ૨૮ ઓક્ટોબર, શરદ પૂનમ નાં દિવસે વિશેષ ભોજન સમાંરંભ રાખેલ છે. જેમાં આપણે હોલ પર જ જમવાની વ્યવસ્થા કરેલ છે. પહેલા ચાર દિવસ ખર્ચનો અંદાજ જોતાં પ્રતિવ્યક્તિનાં ભાગે ૮ યુરો જેવો ફાળો આવે છે. ૨૮ તારીખના ભોજન સમાંરંભમાં વ્યક્તિદિઠ ૧૮ યુરોનો ફાળો આપવાનો રહેશે. ૬ વર્ષ થી નાની ઉમરનાં બાળકો ને વિનામૂલ્યે પ્રવેશ મળાશે. દરેક લોકોને વહેલાં તે પહેલાનાં ધોરણે પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે. કાર્યક્રમની વિગતે રૂપરેખા આપને ઇ-મેઈલના માધ્યમથી નોંધણી કરાવ્યા પછી મળી શકશે. નંદ ઘેરા નંદ ભયો, જય કનૈયા લાલ કી…

પ્રસંગ દરમિયાન અને એ પહેલાં પણ અનેકો કામ આપણે બધાંએ ભેગા મળીને કરવાના હોય, આપનો સહકાર અપેક્ષિત છે. જો આપ કોઇ સેવામાં યોગદાન કરવાં માંગતા હો તો ચોક્કસ આગળ આવશો. આ આપણાં બધાનો પારીવારિક પ્રસંગ છે. જે તમ વિના અધૂરો છે. તમારી રાહ રહેશે.

(નોંધ : ફોર્મ ભર્યા પછી જેમનું રેજીસ્ટ્રેશન નક્કી થાય એમને બેંક એકાઉન્ટની વિગત ધરાવતો ઇમેઇલ આવશે જેમાં મૂલ્ય જમા કરાવી શકાશે.)

Rules and Regulations:

The following are the rules and regulations that need to adhere for the smooth organization of the function.

Registration

Registration will take place at the registration desk (entrance) of the Hall.

1. Registration will be completely non-transferable for every participant and in-case of cancellation by participant its completely non-refundable.
2. Scan #StuttgartNavratri2023 QR code at the registration desk in your Corona-Warn-App to
   checkin the Event. (Install Corona-Warn-App on your phone before the event.)
3. Registration has to be made in advance since cash payment on the venue will not be possible anymore.
4. Show your ticket at the registration desk which you have received after payment confirmation.
5. Your registration is binding and is also refundable ONLY in case of Event cancellation.
6. Please cooperate to make this event a memorable and enjoyable one for all of us.
7. We will strictly follow the corona rules published by the Government of  BADEN-WÜRTTEMBERG

Food

1. Paper-dish, spoons, tissue, water, etc will be provided at the event.
2. Please throw empty dishes and rest according to instructions and try to maintain cleanliness during the event.
3. You can bring “PRASAD” with you if you want.

General & Hygiene

1. The event can be called off last-minute if there are any changes in the guidelines from local
   authorities or permissions for the events are revoked by local authorities
2. Rules and Regulations are subject to change. Final decision will be taken by the Event organizers,
   Gujarati Samaj e.V.
3. Guests need to take care of their own belongings, etc. (Event organizers are not responsible for that.)
4. Make sure to use disinfectants and hand sanitizers throughout the event.
5. Please try to maintain cleanliness during the event.
6. Make sure to not damage any property on the premises. You will be liable for any damages caused to facilities at the venue by you or by your children. Inform any one of the volunteers if you come
   across any problems.
7. All participants must abide by the rules and regulations set by the BW govt for this Navratri event.
8. By attending the event, you are accepting the General Data Protection Regulation (Gdpr). Your
   registration data will be used only for event-related communications. Once the event is over, your
   data will be deleted from our system.

This is a complete non-profit event. So feel free to contact Event organizers if you want to donate
any amount.
