Navratri Day-2 (01-10-2022)

નવરાત્રિએ નિત્યાનંદ-મયી માં જગદંબાની આરાધના કરવાનો રુડો અવસર. ઉદાસ માણસ નાચી શકે પણ નાચતો માણસ ઉદાસ રહી જ ન શકે. આ તારા-મંડળ જે બ્રહ્માડમાં ઘૂમે છે એ અસ્તિત્વનો મહા-રાસ જ છે. તો આ મહારાસમાં આપણે પણ કેમ કોરા રહિએ? પોતાને ભૂલવાં, બધો ભાર પડતો મૂકવાં, ઢોલ તૂટે ત્યાં સુધી નાચવા, ગરબે રમવા, મિત્રોને મળવા, ગયા વર્ષનાં કપડા હજુ પણ થઈ રહે છે કે કેમ એ ચકાસવા, મસ્ત જમવા અને માં જગદંબાની આરાધના કરવાં અને નટવર નાગર એવાં નંદજીના લાલને લાડ લડાવવાં આપણે ગુજરાતી સમાજ સ્ટુટગાર્ટના નેજા હેઠળ ભેગા થઈએ છીએ. એક વખત નહીં પણ બબ્બે વખત.

સમય: બપોરે બે વાગ્યાથી દસ વાગ્યા સુધી.

આપણો સ્ટૂટગાર્ટ અને એની આસપાસનો ગુજરાતી પરિવાર કુદકે ને ભુસકે વધી રહ્યો છે. અને આપણે મર્યાદિત લોકો માટે જ આયોજન કરી શકીએ છીએ. માટે વહેલાં તે પહેલાંનાં ધોરણે તમારા નામો નોંધાવી દેશો. પ્રવેશ માટેનો ફાળો ૬ વર્ષથી ઊપરનાં લોકો માટે ૧૨ € / દિવસ રહેશે. જેમાં બધાં આયોજન ઉપરાંત હળવો નાસ્તો અને જમવાનું હશે. આ પારીવારિક પ્રસંગ હોય જો આપને કોઇ આર્થિક સમસ્યા હોય તો આયોજકોને જણાવી શકો છો. દરેક લોકોને વહેલાં તે પહેલાનાં ધોરણે પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે. કાર્યક્રમની વિગતે રૂપરેખા આપને ઇ-મેઈલના માધ્યમથી નોંધણી કરાવ્યા પછી મળી શકશે.

(નોંધ : પ્રતિ દિવસની અલગ અલગ નોંધણી કરવા વિનંતી. ફોર્મ ભર્યા પછી જેમનું રેજીસ્ટ્રેશન નક્કી થાય એમને બેંક એકાઉન્ટની વિગત ધરાવતો ઇમેઇલ આવશે જેમાં મૂલ્ય જમા કરાવી શકાશે.)

Rules and Regulations:

The following are the rules and regulations that need to adhere for the smooth organization of the function.

Registration & Covid-19 (2G Rule: Vaccinated + Recovered)

1. Registration will take place at the registration desk (entrance) of the Hall.
2. Registration will be completely non-transferable for every participant and in-case of cancellation by participant its completely non-refundable.
3. A valid proof of both the doses of vaccination must be shown at the registration desk.
4. Final vaccine dose must be done before a minimum of 14 days.
5. If you or any of your family members are not feeling well with any of the Covid-19 like symptoms,
   it is highly recommended not to attend the event.
6. Please inform the organizers if you or your family member falls sick with Covid-19 symptoms in the next 14 days after the event.
7. Those who are still in quarantine after travel as per government guidelines are requested not to
   participate in the event.
8. Scan #StuttgartNavratri2022 QR code at the registration desk in your Corona-Warn-App to
   checkin the Event. (Install Corona-Warn-App on your phone before the event.)
9. Registration has to be made in advance since cash payment on the venue will not be possible
   anymore.
10. Show your registration number at the registration desk which you have received after payment
    confirmation.
11. Please note that booking is confirmed against receipt of bank money transfer only. Your registration is binding and is also refundable ONLY in case of Event cancellation.
12. Please cooperate to make this event a memorable and enjoyable one for all of us.
13. We will strictly follow the corona rules published by the Government of  BADEN-WÜRTTEMBERG

Food

1. Paper-dish, spoons, tissue, water, etc will be provided at the event.
2. Please throw empty dishes and rest according to instructions and try to maintain cleanliness during the event.
3. You can bring “PRASAD” with you if you want.

General & Hygiene

1. The event can be called off last-minute if there are any changes in the guidelines from local
   authorities or permissions for the events are revoked by local authorities
2. Rules and Regulations are subject to change. Final decision will be taken by the Event organizers,
   Gujarati Samaj e.V.
3. Guests need to take care of their own belongings, etc. (Event organizers are not responsible for that.)
4. Make sure to use disinfectants and hand sanitizers throughout the event.
5. Please try to maintain cleanliness during the event.
6. Make sure to not damage any property on the premises. You will be liable for any damages caused to facilities at the venue by you or by your children. Inform any one of the volunteers if you come
   across any problems.
7. All participants must abide by the rules and regulations set by the BW govt for this Navratri event.
8. By attending the event, you are accepting the General Data Protection Regulation (Gdpr). Your
   registration data will be used only for event-related communications. Once the event is over, your
   data will be deleted from our system.

This is a complete non-profit event. So feel free to contact Event organizers if you want to donate
any amount.
